This is a helpful guide to tell you how to bring down an opponent if you are attacked or threatened.
STEPS:
- Stand with your right foot foward
- Grab your opponents shoulders
- Quickly twist them so their upper body is facing your right foot
- Put your right foot behind their right foot, still holding them strongly by the shoulders
- Pull them back over your foot so they fall back.
- When they fall it will not hurt but will give you times to get away.
- If running before hand is possible,.. then RUN!!
- If you see any weapons (knife/gun etc.) then its possibly advisable to try and disarm them when you have tossed them.
